Cynthia Ward Manley

 


Cynthia brings dedication to service to a new level at Caring Realty Partnership, LLC. Her experience in the financial industry has spanned over 30 years- from loan officer, senior underwriter, mortgage manager to Bank Vice-President. She possesses her mortgage loan officer license and has held a series 6/63 investment license.  She volunteers at area churches and universities for seminars in financial planning. 



Born in Wayne County, she married her high school sweetheart (Lonnie) and they reside in Johnston County in the Benson area.  She received her BS degree in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University and continued her education at Bowie State in Maryland.


Cynthia's passion for the industry and vast amount of knowledge and experience are a great asset to her clients, allowing her to assist them in all facets of the home buying and commercial process.  Her first priority is client satisfaction which is evident in each interaction with her.


She is active in a variety of civic and cultural organizations serving on the advisory board for a non-profit organization ( Fathers Forever), a member of the Executive board for Pearl of Service Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority in Johnston County.  She is also a member of the National Real Estate Association, the Realtor, Triangle Commercial Association of Realtor (TCAR), Quality Service Certified and Short Sale Foreclosure Certified.


Her entire career has been dedicated to helping people take control of their finances and maximum their potential to achieve their lifetime dream of property/business ownership.
